Phantom depicts paper cutouts of some of Mark Fox's personal objects set against a patterned background. Called a "mad doodler" by The New Yorker, Fox is known for his text drawings and paper cutout sculptures and considers these wallpaper designs to be as serious as any in his larger body of work.
