Split Rocker Snow Globe by Jeff Koons

Split Rocker Snow Globe, 2000
resin and acrylic
3.5" diameter
limited edition

Condition note: This example's condition is very good. It has a 2" long shallow surface crack on the bottom that does not affect the water-tightness.  Original box also in very good condition.

Jeff Koons's Split Rocker Snow Globe is a hard-to-find collector's piece originally produced in 2000 by Galerie Jerome du Noirmont, France on the occasion of the exhibition "Le Beaute, Avignon." This limited edition resin and plexiglass snow globe features a brightly colored, miniature replica of the original "Split Rocker" topiary in front of the Fondation Beyeler. Edition information and artist's name are printed on the bottom of the snow globe, and the original packaging is in tact.
