This set of five teas is inspired by some of the greatest artists of of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, specifically their paintings in the robust, incredible holdings of The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Each canister contains 10 sachets that can be used to make delicious hot or cold teas.
The set includes one canister each of:
Paul Cézanne / Citrus
A medium-bodied black tea, brightened with the light zing of lemon peel and a burst of antioxidant-rich Australian lemon myrtle. This tangy blend is inspired by Cézanne's bold, fruit-forward still lifes.
Claude Monet / Herbal Blend
Inspired by the serenity of Monet's impressionist masterpieces, this comforting tea blends floral notes of chamomile and lavender, with a smooth hint of Australian lemon myrtle and invigorating spearmint leaves.
Pierre-Auguste Renoir / Earl Grey
This black tea is inspired by the artist's soft, blended palettes that define his impressionist works. Its smoky undertones are enlivened by the subtly bitter kick of aromatic bergamot with a hint of orange peel to smooth out this blend.
Paul Gauguin / Mango
Have your own Tahitian get-a-way without leaving home. Silky mango and fragrant marigold flowers combine to give you a tropical escape inspired by Gauguin's famous paintings from that region.
Henri Rousseau / Green Sencha
Pan-fired green tea evokes the green, vegetal aromas of grassy slopes and the vibrant, luscious jungle settings made famous in Rousseau's work. Whether you're hiking up a verdant mountainside or sitting in your garden, this antioxidant-rich blend helps you prepare for all of your day's adventures.
