Inspired by Andy Warhol's close encounter with death, this extra large high-quality REVOLVER plush is a recreation of the revolver seen in Warhol’s “Guns” series. The revolver is a duplicate of the one used when Warhol was almost fatally shot in 1968 by Valerie Solanas. After the shooting, death became a prominent theme in Andy Warhol’s artwork and ushered in a new era of his art. Great to throw on the couch, floor or bed.
We love a good art history pun and we've found it with this boxed wall clock features whimsical illustrations that outline the history of art with smiley faces appropriately altered in the styles of famous artists. One AA battery required (not included).
