Red Voices, by Mr. Hydde, began as a sketchbook piece but ultimately morphed into an eye-popping painting, that also represented a breakthrough for the artist. Experiencing self-doubt and questioning himself as an artist, Mr. Hydde engaged in a conversation with himself, and then let it all hang out on canvas. These socks, inspired by the painting, serve to remind us that questioning can lead to transformation. Whew! That’s a lot to heap on a pair of socks. But these are pretty great socks.
