Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Information
When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number and any information you provide through text message communications. This information is used solely to send you customer support responses via our Grasshopper texting service.
• Examples of Personal Information collected: mobile phone number, message content, opt-in/opt-out preferences.
• Purpose of collection: to provide customer support via SMS/MMS text messaging.
• Source of collection: collected directly from you when you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages.
• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with Grasshopper to facilitate text messaging services. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
