The Gloria Steinem Poster Stamp is the third release of Jensenâs project, Changing Money, in which important and beloved American women are drawn directly onto US currency using (fully erasable) colored pencil. Produced in collaboration with The Portland Stamp Company, this unique series is printed on âlick-backâ, dry-gum adhesive backed paper and pinhole perforated by hand on a vintage machine. The limited edition of 100 is signed and numbered by the artist.

Life-long political activist, writer, feminist icon and Presidential Medal of Freedom awardee, Gloria Steinem came to prominence in the late 1960s-early 1970s, coining the term âreproductive freedomâ and inspiring women worldwide to challenge oppression in society and the home.
