    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original, unharmed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, please click here to go out our Returns Center. If your return is accepted, you'll receive step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.  You are responsible for returning your package with the carrier of your choice.  Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    The following items are non-returnable:
    All custom-made products including wallpaper, wall-coverings and some furniture; Coalition for the Homeless plates; Jeff Koons Balloon editions; TASCHEN SUMO books; Deborah Ehrlich glassware; sale items; and other items clearly marked as final sale.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less original shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    For international orders that are returned by the carrier for customer's refusal to pay customs duties or fees, a refund will be given if the products are re-sellable. The refund will be less all shipping fees, including any associated with the return, and a restocking fee of $10 per order plus $3 for each item.

    Discounts
    Discounts do not apply to custom made items; Artist Plate Project; Jeff Koons balloon animals, TASCHEN books, some products that benefit NGOs and other items as marked.
