Is it easy to return something?

Yes! Go to our Return Center to return your item(s). Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions.  You'll be notified every step of the way regarding the status of your return.

Are returns free?

No, sorry.  We ask that you please return your item(s) using the carrier of your choice.

What items are returnable?

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Sale items, all custom furniture, wallpapers, wall coverings, and Deborah Ehrlich products are final sale and non-returnable.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. Please note, it may take about 5 business days for us to process your return at our warehouse.  It may also take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund, depending on your bank's policies.  

I got a gift but don't love it. Now what?

If you received a gift and you don't love it, please email us at or call 212 463 7490 to let us know.  We'll help you exchange it for something you do love.
