These skateboard decks come ready to hang with mounting hardware and are part of a limited edition of 100.
Near the end of Bourgeois' life, she created a series of red gouache drawings depicting family, birth, the mother-child dyad, and flowers. By painting directly onto wet paper, she achieved a range of pink and red hues as well as an overall softness to the imagery. The tones she achieved in these images were symbolic of blood, pain, the human body, and intense emotion. Les Fleurs (2009) features five blossoms to reference the five members of her family.
